Blogger Hop!

 Crazy For Books: Blogger hop!

"If you were given the chance to spend one day in a fictional world (from a book), which book would it be from and what would that place be?"

Definitely the underwater world of Ingo. The reason I say this is because I love the sea so much
and just getting the chance to swim alongside mermaids would be the most magical thing.
Ingo is also beautiful and dangerous, so would offer so much adventure! Plus it would be awesome to swim with sharks and dolphins and stuff! I think it would just be a really relaxing, beautiful world.

"It's circle time. Time for us to open up and share. Can you tell us FIVE quirky habits or things about you? We all have them..."

Here goes nothing...

1) I LOVE to make random videos, even if I'm not going to show them to anybody.

2) When I'm reading, sometimes I'll just stare at the pretty cover (if it has one) for five minutes.

3) I am inspired really easily. For example, I thought Anne Frank was a huge inspiration because of her diary and so I tried to write one, however it didn't last that long. *.*

4) I'm addicted to Facebook, Blogger, and Youtube. I must cut down on how much time I spend on the computer. I swear, I'm wasting my life away.

5) I love taking pictures, and making artsy videos. Actually, here is one of my artsy videos:

This is for my best friend Rachel, if you were wondering about the story line. I hope you like it! <3

Friday's Here.

'Give us five BOOK RELATED silly facts about you.'

1. Often, I'll be reading, and then I'll snap the book shut and stare at the book cover.
2. I usually cry more when an animal dies, e.g a dog, then whether a charecter dies. (Not always the case though!)
3.My TBR pile is close to 50!
4. I love to pick out my favorite quotes and jot them down in my cupcake notebook!
5. I read everywhere!

"If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?"

1) The pretty little liars series. I know it sounds weird me saying this as they all have so many problems! But the quaint town of rosewood sounds perfect, and it would be cool to be friends with Spencer, Hannah, Aria and Emily. (Just so long as 'A' stays away though!)

2) Any underwater world, like in the 'INGO' series! Because they have mermaids! :O

Have a fab weekend, everybody!

This weeks question is...

"How did you come up with your blog name?"

Oh, well, I don't know really. It did take me a while though!
It all began while I was sat there staring at teh computer screen for inspiration, and I said tom myself, okay you have to use book worm in it because, well, I kinda am one! XD
Then Lovely Lil' came out of the blue and BANG, I got myself a name.
...Long story cut short...

This weeks question is...

"Do you read only one book at a time, or do you have several going at once?"

For me, it really depends on the size and my interest in the book. If it is a book which is around say, 500 pages, than usually I have another little one on the go just to keep me going. However usually I just have one.

 Amazing news!

Okay, so this week, a publisher asked me to review one of their upcoming releases! It's my first request and I'm so excited!

That's all from me folks, have a great weekend!

This weeks question is...

"Just like Ashley said (love it) "Ashley the girl..." who are You the Boy/Girl, instead of You the Blogger?"

I'm Liddy, the girl. I am very interested in english and would love to be a writer, along with many other dreams, such as a pilot or marine biologist. I have a twin sister called Amy who's nice when she wants to be. :) I adore horseriding and surfing.
One crazy cocker spaniel called cookie, who means everything to me, aswell as my family. I love photography and I love to socialize. I have many dreams for when I'm older, but they can stay locked up in my journal, untill the time is right.

This weeks question is...

"If I gave you £50 (or $80) and sent you into a bookshop right now, what would be in your basket when you finally staggered to the till?"

Ohhh, what a fun question! No doubt I would go over the limit...

          1. Anna and the French Kiss
          2. Across the universe
          3. Other words for love
          4. Gone
          5. Hunger
          6. Lies

Have a good weekend!

This weeks question is...

'What embarrassing thing have you done on cold medicine?'

Nothing, really. I know. Rubbish answer, but I've never had laughing gas or anything, and I'm pretty sure I haven't gone crazy on Calpol...

This weeks question is...

"Who's your all-time favorite book villain?"

Ohhhhhh! I have so many! Ok, I'm going to try and stick to a fairly short answer...
Voldermort: Because he's VOLDERMORT!

*Potential Spoler Alert!*

Paul - Mercy: You'll have to read it to understand but he's quite dark and misleading.

*Spolier Over!*

Mr Harvey - The Lovely Bones: He's a serial killer, what is more scary than that!? Also, he to is very misleading and secretive and just.. *Shudder*

Have a great weekend everybody! It's my half term, yes!

FMBBF and Blogger Hop!

This weeks question is...

"Do you ever wish you would have named your blog something different?"

Well, I quite like my name as it does describe me well! I'm a 'lil book worm' However I'm always coming up with different names for my blog but I think I'll stick with the one I currently have as it's the one which suits me best I think. :D

This weeks question is...

"Share your current fav television show! Tell us a bit about it..."

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS! Oh my gosh, I actually could watch that all day!
Basically it's about 5 girls, one of which Alison (Ali) goes missing, and is later found dead. The girls are then basically trying to piece together who murded her and... it's so good!
I LOVE.

Have a great weekend everyone!

FMBBF and Blogger Hop!

Follw my book blog friday is hosted by Parajunkees View!

This weeks question is...

'If you are a fan of Science Fiction what is your favorite book? If you haven't read Science Fiction before...any inkling to? Anything catch your eye?'

Well, to be honest, I'm not a big sci-fi fan and I can't think of one I've read! Some have caught my eye though, such as 'Across the Universe' by Beth Revis and 'The Hunger Games' I know. Gasp. I have not read them yet! I am so excited too though!

Do you like sci-fi books? Have any favorites? I'm always open to suggestions!

This weeks question is...

"What book(s) would you like to see turned into a movie?"

Alot! Some that come to mind are:
Ingo - Helen Dunmore. There really needs to be a movie for this. I think it would be awesome too, since there arn't that many movies for teenagers which are about mermaids so I think this one would be really popular! Also, Perfect Chemistry - Simone Elkeles, because it would make the most epic romance movie EVER!

FMBBF & BLOGGER HOP(:

This weeks question is...

What is your favorite romance hero-type? Stereotype wise. Do you like the strong silent type or the brute macho man?

Uhmmm.. Well I gotta' say, I think I prefer the muscly mysterious type. I don't really know why. Probably because it's conforting to know that whenever the protagonist *i.e Bella* is in need of continous help, there will always be a strong guy at your rescue. Ok, that made no sense, but do you get what I mean?

This weeks question is...

"Tell us about one of your posts from this week and give us a link so we can read it (review or otherwise)!"

Recently, I did a Q&A's video. It was a really great way for my followers to get to know me better, and I have decided that I shall do one once a month, so I would really appreciate it if you could leave your questions in the comments section of this video!
Thanks!

Have a GREAT weekend everyone!

Follow Friday (Or not so Friday :D)

Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee's View.

'What is/was your favorite subject in school?'

Well, straight off the back, ENGLISH!
It always has been and I'm pretty sure it always will be.
I find it easiest to express myself through my writing, so for me english is a great way to portray my emotions, and also it's just fun to create a whole new world that nobody understands but you.

"What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011? Why are you anticipating that book?"

Mmmm, tricky. I'm anticipating many.
Perhpas 'City of Fallen Angels' even thought I haven't read them, I'm going to and would like to see where that book leads to.
Also, I think 'Sweetly' by Jackson Pearce sounds awesome as it is a retelling of Hansel and Gretal!
I really am not sure, there are so many!

Please, tell me what you think down below, I would LOVE to know!

Hey everyone! This is my first EVER FMBBF! Exciting eh? ;)

Okay, so FMBBF is hoted by Parajunkees View!

This weeks question is...

Who do you cheer for?

Uh-Oh.
I'm pretty sure I am supposed to have a sports related answer...  and as much as I would love to give you one, I can't. I really am incapable at sport, I mean, seriously.
So I guess I am going to have to be a little different.
I cheer for anyone who needs cheering. Theres nothing like feeling good about yourself and if something as simple as a little cheer, helps someone achieve that feeling, then I'm all for it.

I hope you liked my answer! Thank you to all of you who took your time to stop by my blog!
